Common questions
- What do I need before connecting Relay?
- Card-management API access is partner-gated. Until it is enabled the TMS records the lock state without changing the card on the network.
- Does the Relay integration cost extra?
- Not from TEZIFY. Every module and every connector is included in every paid plan — pricing is per truck, free for up to 3 trucks and $19 per truck after that. Anything you subscribe to with Relay is billed by Relay.
- Do I pay for each person who logs in?
- No. Pricing is per truck, so dispatchers, accountants, safety managers and mechanics all get their own login at no extra cost.
