What is a lumper fee?

Free for up to 3 trucks. No card required.

Lumper fee
A lumper fee is what a third-party crew charges to load or unload a trailer at a receiver.

Many warehouses require their own crews to unload, and the driver pays on the spot before being released.

The fee is normally reimbursed by the broker or shipper, but only if the receipt is captured and submitted with the invoice.

Lumper money is lost most often to a lost or unreadable receipt rather than to a dispute, which is why capturing it in the cab matters.
