Delete your driver account

You can delete your Tezify driver app account at any time. The App is published by Tezify and is used by the trucking company that issued your driver code.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open the app, go to the More tab, tap Delete my account, and confirm. Your login is disabled immediately and you are signed out. Your employer’s office is notified so they can remove your remaining personal details.

Or ask your employer directly

Contact the office of the company that issued your driver code and ask them to delete your driver account. Give them your name and driver code. They can do it from their own console without going through us.

What deletion removes

Your login (code and PIN) stops working right away. Your personal contact details — name, phone, email, address, licence and medical numbers, and documents and photos you uploaded — are removed by your employer.

What may be kept, and who decides

Your employer keeps the operating records they are required to keep: completed load and trip records, fuel and settlement figures, and inspection and safety records. How long those are kept is set by their obligations as a motor carrier and by their own policy — not by Tezify, and not by this page. Ask them if you need to know the period that applies to you. Personal contact details are removed even where those business records are retained.

If you cannot reach them

Email hello@tezify.com and we will pass your request to the company that holds your records and confirm that we have done so. We cannot delete their records on your behalf.
